7 weeks post surgery (2 very large lower abdominal hernias repaired). Week 3 Back in the gym, After being out since January. Starting point was about 196lbs.... Yes I lost that much weight and size, but a good portion being body fat. Currently back up to 205lbs, and filling out rapidly.
Currently I am only able to lift at 30%-40% of what I would typically would for working sets. At week 10 I'll be turned loose full bore in the gym again.
