I was wondering if there was a cost effective way of making my whey protein In to a weight gainer without overloading it with sugar? It's got MyProtein it's about 25g PS...any insight?
Add in oats and coconut oil. You can blitz the oats in a food processor first if you don't want to be drinking thick oatmeal. It's kinda like swallowing puke if you dont.

I grind my oats a tub at a time and put them back in the tub add to shakes when I want carbs. Pre-ground, I can just put them in a shaker. Ground in the food processor, a standard whey scoop perfectly equals a normal 1/4 serving of unground oats. (I weighed it before and after grinding)
For individual servings, a cheap coffee grinder works well too.
