You would fail miserably. And that's not a slam as so would I.
Unless we lost about 100 lbs or so.

And that's still considered heavy.
There is a chart that says for my height I should weigh like 185, but I don't see how.
When I dieted my first time I was 174 but I have no muscle and still had some bf. I looked terrible.
Not that I look so great now either.
