Sorry this is not a thread about Raiden's toys.

I want to know what helps you get a pump. Whatever it is.. Diet, a training technique, drugs, sups, whatever.

Personally I'm getting decent results with preworkout var and instant oats. I tend to get the best pumps when the weight is light enough to fight the lactic burn. Sometimes I go too heavy where I fail before the burn sets in.

50 reps 2 sets for warm ups, fill the muscle with blood then come with the poundage. Always gives me a mean pump.

You don't even know what a pump is until you have used insulin pre workout. It's insane. Gets to a point where I can't even fully contract the muscle. On bench days I'll hit 15iu preworkout and by the middle of my work sets locking out is almost impossible. So then I'll move on to some pushdowns or something and they will just blow up to the point where my sleeves are cutting off my circulation.

That and you should see POB when he fully inflates his pump..It looks like one of those ballons the make hot dogs n stuff out of

I had insane pumps on hgh, I literally couldn't brush my teeth without pumpin up. Var and Dbol I got about the same action from each. On heavy days I don't really pump up but rep day it def gets painful FEEL DA BURN

X2 on the slin. Also tne/dbol inject pre workout. Or dbol/drol pre. All work good.

Pob I have never used slin but do you use it with other compounds pre work out or on its own.

Here's what I find helps/gives me strong pumps:



  • For my biceps in particular, I like doing 21's. Hell of a pump after a couple of sets of those.
  • For my chest, bench press pyramiding. Warm up to your max for 6-8 reps, then gradually decrease the weight by 20-40 pounds, and increase the amount of reps you do. At least 12-15 reps per set. Keep doing this until you reach just one plate on each side (135 pounds). Once there, just rep it out until failure.
  • Cialis, huge pumps an hour after taking a tab
  • Var, 40-60mg per day

Well the only time I really use it is if I have a meet coming up and my weight is down. I compete in the 275 so if I am 260 or even 250 I will run it a couple weeks.

Because I am headed into a meet that means I am on blast which is typically 1.2g test and 600 npp with 50mg TNE preworkout (sometimes).

I have ran it when I was first using it just to learn it while on 250 test per week. Same result.

I have not used it with GH as I just don't see much benefit from gh considering it's cost.
