Kind of an overused phrase but it really comes down to your total kcals in, macros + cardio.
What's your diet philosophy and training style?

You can eat and drink whatever you want as long as you make up or subtract it from
your other meals. You're getting in more carbs and fats in this meal, well
then you'll need to cut it down in another.

I made the switch to Almond milk. I get the unsweetened. My stomach appreciated it too. Way less stink bombs. ;) great source of protein too.

Skim/fat free milk. Actually grown to enjoy it. Went from 2%, to 1%, to skim. Do it in stages.

Chocolate milk FTW!!!!

TruMoo is the shit!! Best chocolate milk on the market hands down...yep. not to mention 19g of protein in a 14 fl oz bottle.

Don't own milk & haven't for years. Very little dairy in my diet and I don't miss it.

this is the best approach. There are much better sources of protein and unless you're drinking organic/non-mass produced it's full of crap you don't want. I still drink milk but only because I enjoy it.

Either whole milk or as Raiden mentioned Chocolate milk. TruMoo and Stew Leonard's brand (local grocery store) are my favorites.

Pasteurized, homogenized, whole vitamin d super milk. I have few passions...milk is one. In fact, I am a sommelier of milk. Purity chocolate milk is the best.

I with Texas Boy, almond milk unsweetened. Very little sugar and fats and makes for a great milk alternative.
