Full day of eating.

Today i ate bigger than usual
Meal 1: 1 1/2 cups egg whites, 1 packet of oatmeal with 1 scoop of syntha 6 isolate

Meal2: 6oz chicken, 6oz sweet potato

Meal 3: 9oz of shrimp, 1 cup brown rice

Snack: non fat greek yogurt 1 scoop syntha 6 isolate

Meal 4: 10 oz cod, 5oz sweet potato , 1/2 cup of brown rice

I incorporate fish alot trying to stay lean

Today was my off day, so i didnt have a post workout

I eat salad with some of my meals haha, but i know, on monday im doing no carbs all week to stunt my metabolism

Eating ALOT, but clean today and tommorow cause monday no carbs for the week..

Try throwing a handful of kale or spinach in your next protein shake, I used to not eat enough greens until I start trying this. Sounds nasty but it tastes fine and it helps if you have a nice blender like a vitamix or nutrabullet chops it up so fine you can hardly tell.

Im doing a "full day of eating/day in the life" video tommorow and ill post the link on here, just showing people how i do things everyday. And you guys can see exactly what im doing
