You can check out our forum that has plenty of info on gh. Different brands protocols sides etc... its all right there for you already.

Yes it is all in the forums...but bottom line you should stay on it at least a few years minimum.....if you cant do that i would not waste the cash

Lots of info and opinions on HGH, most important is what your goals are. Weight loss v muscle gain are going to be 2 different rides. read up and post any questions, lots of guys and ladies here to help. One thing I would say, is whatever you do start at low iu's and ramp up..the initial cts symptons can be a mofo
