I am a 20 year old athlete who recently tore my ACl. I am 3 months post opp and am doing really well. In 3 months though I have a sporting scholarship and so need to get sorted. I have never taken any gear.
If you guys could help me with advice on wether GH would help my acl recovery and if so how long and how much should I take.
Any 1st time (no matter how mundane) advice on taking GH will be greatly appreciated
