Whell I am back suckas!getting my prep in order to do a show in 14 weeks

my body fat is a little whack right now guestimating it to be around 14% so Ive got some work to be done...

starting off with 4 days a week cardio, training mountain dog training 4 days a week as well

aside from taking blackstone epi smash, i am 100% natty right now.

Weight is around 175 right now. I hope to hit stage in the med to lower 150s this time.

macros to start are 43g protein, 43g carbs, 14g fat per meal

Meals are going to be rice/chicken with green veggies with at least 2/6 meals
Intra WO using Carbonx by VPX, with Animal Rage and Dymatize Creatine

For protein powder I will be probably using Isolyze or ON Gold Standard.

I will be doing 30 min of interval training on the stairmill 2x a week and 30 min on a stepper 2x ew for starters

Not sure at this point. I wanna do less cardio and leaning towards a metabolic workout once a week possibly

today on my off day I smashed my knee on the corner of the bed frame and holy fuak is it swollen ... This sucks. Might be skipping legs this week

My coach is giving me week to week updates so I will see where I can get without fat loss sups an then determine If I will need them as I go!

From my other log- going to switch it over to here by the end of the week so forgive my double posting now as this serves a double purpose !

I have no idea how far into this 4 week run I am at but I'm guessing I must be into week 4


All I know is that I just ****ing beasted my workout like no other
Took some mountain dog movements and pieced together my own chest an shoulder split today


started off with decline hammer smith press to warm up
3 sets of 225 for 8 reps with a 3 second pause at the top


followed by 5x5 incline bench

then the jumbo set
incline DB press
all for 8 reps
