3 months total CrossFit
Started working out at 22 at 145 lbs.
Two 6 week prohormone cycles at the beginning.
Didn't know what I was doing.
Then over the next 3.5+ years built up to 192 naturally.
I started using CrossFit to condition and build endurance
Current PRs
Deadlift 435
Squat 385
Front Squat 315
Bench 235 (haven't been doing a lot of it. Old PR was 275)
