Not sure on bf right now but abs are easily visible

50 reps total for each movement
Time: 19:36

History:
5 years total of bodybuilding/Powerlifting
3 months total CrossFit

Started working out at 22 at 145 lbs.
Two 6 week prohormone cycles at the beginning.
Didn't know what I was doing.
Then over the next 3.5+ years built up to 192 naturally.
I started using CrossFit to condition and build endurance

Current PRs
Deadlift 435
Squat 385
Front Squat 315
Bench 235 (haven't been doing a lot of it. Old PR was 275)

Strength, size, and endurance. haha

I've always been into size and strength. Although not a mass monster by any means,
192 is pretty big to me for a natural. I'd like to get back there with solid abs this time but also
be able to run a half marathon if I wanted to.

Was trying to edit my post but the allotted time expired I took 3 years off from training. 30 years old now.
I'm an ectomorph with a high metabolism so I lost quite a bit of weight from my time off. Back to 180 now.
Low was 158! Would like to keep going up. Peak was 185 since I've been back. Low was 175 after hitting 185. That was
from CrossFit kicking my ass when I started that after 9 or so months of hypertrophy.

Cool to see you getting a log going CTJ. Interested in seeing some of your routines. I think you bring a little something different to the table than a lot of us, so I will definitely be following man.

Yesterday's cardio session was a serious breather.
Lots of foam rolling today from the morning session.
That was an intense workout, even at bw.
