From today: reverse band squats, 475 x 3



From Tuesday: reverse band deadlifts, 545 x 1, 585 x 1

Damnnnnn deep as hell in those squats with great form and tempo. Can certainly tell you trained the movement for a while in your past. Killing it flex

It shows flex, definitely shows. I sure people around you at the gym can learn a lot just from watching you perform lifts.

When you squat, I wouldn't pause at the bottom to take advantage of the stretch reflex. Also, you'll wind up getting pinned if you pause at the bottom. If you want to perform paused squats you should do some 3s and 5s paused squats. Like POB said you gotta be explosive.

That's what should be running through your mind when doing reverse band. Blast off each rep from the bottom like its a million pounds.. Because as you go up it will be.

Pinned? I've never failed on a squat in my life. True story. I'll work on the explosive stuff. It's hard for me. All my lifts are slow and determined.
