During my last workout I did 54 kg (which is 120 pounds) for 6 reps, as it stands now I can load up a dumbbell to 66 kg (which is 145 pounds)

I'm thinking that maybe I'll have to buy some 20 kg plates for my dumbbells, coz then I'll be able to load up a db with 102 kg (which is 225 pounds) ... of
course pertaining I continue to get stronger.

One arm dumbbell rows I can do 150s (highest we have) no prob. 2 arm dumbbell bent over rows I only go up to 100s and focus on keeping elbows in and contraction. They're more of a hypertrophy move and one arms over a bench are more for power

I can do 12 easy reps with 125#, can't go any heavier cause that's the heaviest dumbbells they have at my gym.

130's for 6-8 typically with 8/10 form......more than that and I'm swinging and throwing but Arnold says cheat reps are good right?

Highest was 65lbs for me :)

Cheebus, even the women are pushing mega ton weights in here!

I haven't done them in a long time. I use pretty strict form for most of my reps, no "heave ho'ing" and get the 100s for 10. I can do way more than that, but that's when I start using my body to move the weight instead of just my back.

I cranked out 150 with 8 reps with slow and good form last week with one hand braced up against the rack

I hate seeing that shit. At my gym most don't even know how to do them properly...I just shake my head.

50lbs but I like laying face down on and incline bench with 20s and pull back with both arms. Feels so good and I like the added thickness in my mid back and lats

Never went higher then 150, that was my limit of good form. But for the most part I don't really do them anymore. I do bent over barbell rows instead now.

I use to do them but i like bent over rows best, and i do them with my head rested on the corner of my preacher curl bench, and then do them dead strict with a really wide grip for 5 x 15 reps with around 150lbs. Then i super set really wide grip pull downs back and front for 4 x15 each with about 100lbs with very little rest, then my back feels really pumped and wide.
