Do you need to gain weight? If you need the calories and have the stuff why not use it?

Ok then I would start with two scoops rather than four. 650 calories is a heck of a serving.

Seems to have plently of good stuff in their! lets us know how you get on with it, a full serving should be ok or though too many carbs for me because i am diabetic, i try to eat no more than about 30 grams with my main intakes.

I would never buy that stuff. It wont kill you but in the future make your own. There are far better things you can put in your body. Some whey, grind some oats, bananas, add some cream...peanut butter..etc.

SRS?

While I am a IIFYM guy when it comes to body comp, there are MUCH healthier alternatives to getting carbs compared to downing tons of maltodexterin. It is just empty calories, devoid of any real nutrients. If you want to take in a good portion of your cals as empty ones.....go for it. I'll stick with oatmeal, or other whole grains or fruits when picking mine.
