LOL alright I will keep the sweat to myself. I have been competing in Strongman for the last 5 years and experienced a lot of luck in the under 200 lbs. division. Life has thrown me a lot of curve balls but I am still at it and ready to jump up to the middle weight and compete with the 231's. I have been very intrigued in body building since I started lifting weights as well so I am always watching for tone and definition as well. Would consider competing one day as a notch on my bucket list.
Current goals for next year are:
Put on some weight. I walk around at 210
Overhead Press 300, My current max is 275
Be more consistent in my training routine, I currently follow The Juggernaut training method
Increase the thickness in my back
Stop testing my limits and training more, everyone always wants to max out and I am a sucker....
This may be a short list but I aim to make next year better than this one in any way I can.
