This year hasn't been easy battling the myriad of injuries and life changing events.

I'm natty and battling some emotional issues lately....I haven't pulled more than 405 recently because I'm scared of my back popping out for the 3rd time in 3 months....POB convinced me to try for 495 for a single, it flew up so we added 50lbs.

Never held 545 in my hands before, felt good.

And POB is a pretty pretty flower. Leave him alone for a couple of days.

Good job. Something else you can do is reverse band pulls.

Thanks guys! I'm gaining more confidence every week that passes.....I won't go through that bedridden shit again.

And BI after we did deficit pulls, my lower lumbar was trashed (65% speed work for a bunch of doubles). I like rev bands.....also chains too when it comes to pulling. I think next week we'll be doing chain work.

I think I'll crank it up and hit my off days hard with core work. I'm down to 218ish last night.
