Ladies and Gentlemen. You followed me for my last comp. I am going to try and keep this up. I have a meet in 14 weeks. Going to try to keep up a journal here about how my training goes and if I can figure out how to peak on time and produce a decent total. So far since my last meet I have hit some numbers I haven't touched in training and I am pretty happy with that. I hurt my shoulder about two months ago and tonight I hit my all time gym pr which is only 20 lbs off my meet pr. I dont want to ramble here so here goes a short list of what has stuck in my head about what I have done in training recently.
Squat 685x1
Bench 460x1
deadlift 690x2 and 700x1
