Im back! 12 weeks until my next meet... Part 2

Ladies and Gentlemen. You followed me for my last comp. I am going to try and keep this up. I have a meet in 14 weeks. Going to try to keep up a journal here about how my training goes and if I can figure out how to peak on time and produce a decent total. So far since my last meet I have hit some numbers I haven't touched in training and I am pretty happy with that. I hurt my shoulder about two months ago and tonight I hit my all time gym pr which is only 20 lbs off my meet pr. I dont want to ramble here so here goes a short list of what has stuck in my head about what I have done in training recently.

Squat 685x1
Bench 460x1
deadlift 690x2 and 700x1

Prior to my last meet
squat 650x1
bench 445x1
deadlift 675x1

Gonna be 12 weeks out the week of christmas. Hope to keep you all interested and following. Life has kept me busy and I havent been here often. Sorry for missing you all.

Not in the gym POB.

But he DID fail to mention that we put reverse bands on the mono one day, totaling maybe 100-120lbs in the hole, and MJR smashed 690 and then 750 in just knee sleeves, and then 800 in wraps. Sick to watch. Wish I could upload the video here, but I can send it to you privately.

No i hit a 685 squat. Decent speed. I kind of hit a peak there for some reason. Trying to work on some reps and volume. Thanks for the confidence but I am no where near strong as top competitors or where I would like to be. Nothing new to post since the other night. Hoping to get in some decent training this week coming. maybe something decent to post about.

Watching him squat is weird. Most guys look like they are squeezing a watermelon out of their ass. He doesn't even grimmace. Nothing. Just does it.
