B-12 injections

Anyone use B-12..??...thoughts and or opinions....was thinking of the Methylcobalamin

My Dr prescribes it to help with my overall health and to keep inflammation down. Oral Niacin helps a lot too. Methyl is the way to go. I notice a little more energy from it but I get it compounded at a high concentration and take 4,000mcg twice a week.

I can definitely tell when I use it. Increases my energy and mental clarity.......I'm older and find that a lot of younger peeps don't feel anything.

I had a bottle of B12 and my wife wanted to try some. I recommended she try some HGH also. She did her own research and decided to try the HGH. Fast forward a couple months and she still uses the HGH but not the B12. We are pretty good on our diet and take vitamins so I doubt we have a deficiency. But those with a deficiency would probably see a huge benefit.

I get a shot everytime I go see my Doctor, I also don't really feel it.

Does nothing for me. Vit B Complex on the other hand makes me more vascular for the next 24-48 hours or so.

I still say save the injections/ scar tissue for something that REALLY makes a diff eat a multivitamin and forget it.....lol
