HUGE lift, Flex! Deep and paused. Well done.
The only thing I see you needing is a little more hip flexibility.

You are crazy dude. That is the epitome of flexibility. I cant get that far down in the hole no matter what I do. That is some crazy flexibility if you ask me. No wonder his name is "FLEX"-ability

It has nothing to with being deep in the hole but more about keeping the back up while down and coming out of the hole.
Try an overhead squat where you have to keep your back up a little more and you're weakness in the hips will be exploited.
It takes a lot of work but you'll notice an immediate power increase once resolved. Took me about 3 months of overhead
squats for full hip flexibility.

Anyways....it's an awesome lift. I guess we can all just say "great job" and pass on any constructive criticism.

Hey Flex I have some Tommy Kono sleeves that I keep pulled up the whole time I am training. Are you able to keep these Inzers up between sets or do they cut off the blood circulation too much?

First time using them and I kept them on the whole time. They're not so tight that they were an issue.
