3-5 days is what I recall

2 or 3 days for sterile water. 7 to 10 days for bac. Although everyone is going to argue that this is pharma company myth. Better safe than sorry.

As ar as sterile water I would say 5 days at most.

I always use bac water as well.. Lasts a little longer and it's cheap

Most GH will last at least 10-15 days after reconstituting without much degrading if kept in the fridge.

Keep in mind that GH degrades - For example at 20 days it could be 85% what is originally was on day one ; at 30 days 60%..ect... (Please do not take my calculations as FACT...I only used to make a point)
