Have you seen his 250kg front squat with a 5 sec pause? It's crazy. Just goes to show that Oly lifters are INCREDIBLY strong.

Crazy I know, here's another of him push / pressing almost 500 lb , not to mention the guy looks the physical manifestation of the ultimate strength athlete .

I read a transcript from a radio interview with him and he talks about the mindset of Russian weightlifters and their relationship with the bar . Dmitry says " for them it is a living thing , so you can't in any case hit the bar , kick or move it with your feet . In theory , you can move the bar with your feet but no weightlifter that has respect for himself will move it with his feet or step over the bar "
