If you had only one supplement to choose...what would it be ?

multivi, fish oil, D3, pre/ post work, tons tons more...

was just curious... if given a choice to choose only one supp. what would it be ?

guess mine will be a dose of caffeine/ pre wo for those early mornings workout...

yeah, but that's a given. like oxygen...just part of the landscape.



actually, what people do not realize is that FOOD is the number one bb supplement. try and gain mass without it.


but product wise, for me, its creatine...hands down. its the only supplement, besides protein, to have been proven to actually put new muscle mass on you. it doesn't just assist, it actually does it.

I can't live without BCAA....personally.

Aside from test, BCAA would be first choice with creatine a close second....proteins and recovery supps I can always substitute food...same with omegas and fish oils.

A full-sprectrum digestive aide (one with proteolytic enzymes, lactase, probiotics, etc). Really, those are the only supplements I use.

Optimum gut health = optimum overall health

for an otc supplement I would choose a multi vitamin.

I'd have to say that if whole food is not considered a supplement then I would choose a stimulant over creatine. Workout intensity is a far greater stimulus for growth.

Milk thistle.

It helps other medicines absorb better into the body.
