Going to try and keep a log,
But honestly i suck at it....
I started Keto Tuesday, and wont be carbing up until Feb.3rd so will see some shitty workouts, but i need a push for reps that im just not pushing for ..
Hopefully publicly posting will help...
Im currently cutting and not using any supps other than some primatene for energy with caffeine
One last note is my gym is busy, and full of super douches so i tend to go by whats open equipment wise
