Going to try and keep a log,
But honestly i suck at it....

I started Keto Tuesday, and wont be carbing up until Feb.3rd so will see some shitty workouts, but i need a push for reps that im just not pushing for ..

Hopefully publicly posting will help...

Im currently cutting and not using any supps other than some primatene for energy with caffeine

One last note is my gym is busy, and full of super douches so i tend to go by whats open equipment wise

Got to the gym about 8:45 pm
Trying new thing with mixing back and rear delts, and liking it so far

I can handle the douches im not overtly nice at the gym ;)

And convenience and cost are the winners here

Once im on a machine no one tries to take it so its not too bad

I'm glad you decided to start a log DC you know I will be following. Don't be so hard on yourself its not the weight you move it's the results you get from moving that weight.

Here I realize how lame I am though lol

DC, would you show your confidence already? what the heck is with the title? We are changing it to a title that suits you and your dedication. Why not DC's dedication log? Or ??

Your numbers are good when compared to others in the game.
