Halo’s old guy comeback journal 2024

Taking care of ourselves is half the battle. I do more injury prevention crap now than I ever have. I refuse to go down without a fight and I know you are that way as well !! just remember we have all that muscle memory and muscle base to our advantage.

    Training and Time Management

As far as diet … I focus on protein and getting enough in. I have to watch my fat. I never realized how much I love fat !!! And then I let the carbs fall where they are. I eat mostly Whole Foods. It’s hard to over eat when you are trying to get in 225-250 grams of protein in.

    WTF Happened to my Shoulder?

Lame I’m sorry I guess at least you can still lift around it. Shoulders suck. Mine have become kinda bitchy over the years. I’ve torn something in one and didn’t have medical so went to a pt college and they worked around it. Oddly I could still overhead press but couldn’t pick up a jug of milk

    New trainer question

I feel like women benefit more from heavier percentages with upper body than men do.Not directly answering the question here.I rarely drop below 80 percent on upper body stuff .When I work in the higher max percentage weights five pounds could make or break the lift for me .
