Ancillary supplements for digestive health while running Tren

I remember reading that Tren could cause some Imbalances with digestive acid creation and secretion, but I can’t seem to find it. Someone on here had recommended some supplements that helped to normalize digestion while running Tren.. I always seem to get some GI upset 8 or so weeks into...

    Tren question.

I’ve run both ace and E.. E up to 600 ew, before I dialed it back. Won’t ever go above 300 now. There is literally no reason.. the sides outweigh the benefits and I find a serious law of diminishing returns affect happens. I don’t get sides as bad as most aside from irritability and decimated...

    RIP IFBB PRO Gustavo Badell

From Dave Palumbo’s post, It's with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to @ifbbprogustavobadell ... he passed today at the age of 50, way too young. He always told me when I'd ask him "Gustavo, how did you beat 8x Mr Olympia @ronniecoleman8 in the challenge round at the Olympia?" ' ... "HARD...

    Botched Shot

Keflex is usually the go to if you think it might be an infection, but as said above heat and massage are your friend. Get a heating pad. Monitor your temperature and redness/itchiness on the off chance that any flora from your skin surface was introduced and caused a cellulitic infection.

EPI and failing to gain weight, anyone have any experience ?

I would look into doing low residue diet as opposed to strictly just sticking with EPI diet food lists- mainly this is easily digestible foods targeted towards GI issues and GI inflamation.. (alternatively FODMAP diet might be helpful in promoting healing as well)… typically both are helpful...

    Hip and ITB pain

I have battled the same issue, and finally started stretching regularly 3 months ago.. I mean religiously doing long held static stretches 4-6 days a week. Friend of mine told me about this iphone app that has some guided stretching routines and I’ll go do them in the mat room at the gym before...

Walmart's Equate brand 5 Blade razor

Not sure if anyone ever did the price comparison but I get the big packs of Gillette refills from Costco. I did one of those dollar shave club and Harry’s for a minute but it was only ok. Felt like they got dull faster than Gillette or shiek (sp?) Kirkland need to make their own brand ones...

Slow rollin. See how we do.

Thanks Brother. No pressure at all. Lisa why I did the standing presses. And went incline. Less pressure. But next shoulder workout will be seated barbell press. Possibly in the smith machine. Seated corner presses (land mine press) are a favorite of mine too to keep stress off the lower joints...
