Start at 20 micrograms for a couple days and assess tolerance, bump up 20mcg every 2-3 days as needed. I usually feel a need to bump up by about 3 days of same dose. Most shouldn't go higher than 120mcg. 2 wk on 2 wk off, 1 wk on 1 wk off, 5 days on 3 days off, 3 on 2 off etc etc. Any work...
