    Start at 20 micrograms for a couple days and assess tolerance, bump up 20mcg every 2-3 days as needed. I usually feel a need to bump up by about 3 days of same dose. Most shouldn't go higher than 120mcg. 2 wk on 2 wk off, 1 wk on 1 wk off, 5 days on 3 days off, 3 on 2 off etc etc. Any work...

    I feel ya man. A kid I know who has no real size at all just posted something the other day of him flexing and going on about how he has finally reached his goal of a "fully leaned out" 220.. he's about 6'1" and if he got in contest shape would probably weigh about 165-170.

    If I want to continue gaining weight past about the 225-230 mark I have to continuously eat 6-8k cals per day, usually take in around 450g protein with that. It's nearly impossible for me to hold over 240.
