    Need some help!

    I'm thinking probably 40 of dbol for the first 4 weeks. I really want to give masteron a run. Do I run this throughout or just several weeks precontest? Whats typical dosing on this? Also I was thinking of bumping up the dose a little on the test. And I'm going to run some var at the end again.

    try eating 2 cups of oatmeal 5 times a day plus 10-14 ounces of meat with every meal, plus a couple shakes added in. you could have zero test and zero gh in your system and you'd still be distended as fuck

    Anybody tried Spinal Decompression?

    Do you have leg pain or back pain? Surgery is actually a great option if your pain shoots down your leg, but if you're having back pain I wouldn't reccomend it. Decompression is one of those things where some people swear by it and others say its garbage. What ever you decide, good luck
