    The Efs 3x3 is awesome, but much less cost effective lol. Nope, the titan is free shipping (or at least it was). I ordered it, and had it within a week. I also made my own platform but made it extra large so I could bolt the rack to it also.

    Yeah, I'm still alive fellas. Coming off another meet a couple weeks ago, focusing on volume and hypertrophy atm. Totaled a conservative 1630, 605/405/620. I could've done more, but I wasn't sure at the time. Had an easy 620 squat but got called on depth.. I thought I had it but apparently not lol.

    Squat form tips

    Knee drift isn't bad necessarily. When you descend in your squat, at around a medium stance you want the path of the bar to "split" through the center of your quads. This will effectively load the quads and allow you to push out of the hole without doing a good morning.

    USAPL isn't going to test everyone.. it's supposed to be "random," but a lot of times specific people get picked out. That being said, if you set a state or national record you automatically have to be tested before the record can be put on the books.

    Quadricep injection

    I usually do about 1 1/4.. I use a 1 1/2" pin. I like to leave a little sticking out.. but I can't imagine 1" wouldn't work just as well. Provided your legs don't have too much fat cover.

    The meet went well. Definitely not as I had planned, but I took 2nd in the 242 weight class. I essentially had an uncontrollable issue with each lift. Squat: Completely missed first call out.. so I only got two attempts. I couldn't hear the announcer, and I miscounted my position in the flight...
