    ulcers are certainly a concern. nsaids should never be taken on an empty stomach (much more important than the general population realizes) and in all honesty, if someone takes them routinely, they should just bite the bullet and take an acid reducer every day

    tylenol is no trouble for kidneys at all but really tough on the liver. i would never take tylenol while on orals

    zomb and shine are right. it's the kidneys you worry about with nsaids. and nothing is metabolized in the stomach. they are all metabolized in the liver
