So, really wanted to nail 300 today because next week will be interrupted by travel.

Monday's deads a fail but DB Inc 75 5x5 and RDL 135 X 10,10,10,8,10

Today, combined bench and squat as I will miss the rest of the week.
Bench 265x3 270x2 250x3,3,3
Squat 245x2 265x2 275x2 300x1,1 on second attempt, I smacked my head into the bar so hard that edges of vision darkened and I started bleeding. Blood made my hand sticky for a better grip.

Friday missed due to travel.
Monday deads no Bueno only 225 5x3, OHP 135 5x5 some accessories.
I have put on some weight recently, mostly around my waist, belly area. Probably low T
Anyway I need to drop about ten. Thinking about low carb to overcome my sweet tooth.

Yeah thanks, I've hit it twice now for squat but not for bench and dead is totally in the toilet. I am at a bit of a crossroads of what now because I want to continue this progress but need to drop some blubber. Do I stick with yoga? Which I really like or go to something with more variety and volume like Zumba?
As far as the diet end. I am going to start carb cycling by dropping carbs on Tues/Thurs/Sun and cutting out junk and beer (sad face)

The end of the year is rapidly approaching and I really wanted to have some progress and momentum going into 2017. I took the last 6 weeks to focus on my squat, while putting Bench on the back burner and dumping deads all together. Then as the squat progressed, I added bench. Back into the fire about a week ago.

Bench 230 6x4
Bench will take over focus for the last two weeks of the year to get 300 or as close as I can and then it's all about pulling

Floor press with fat grips 135 x8,8,8. DB row 50x10,10,10
front squat 65lb bar 4x8 under 3.5 minutes felt like I was going to puke, legs could have kept going. I'd like to get 8x8 in four minutes ultimately.

overall 2016 goals are to get big three all over 300. Permanently, not just a single day. OHP as close to or over 200.

So another year down and what have we accomplished?
Squat is 300+, got 320 a couple weeks ago.
Bench will be there soon, end of January maybe
Deadlift died this past year but will rise again
OHP has been neglected of late.

A big thank you to POB for all his help this year.
2017 goals
Squat 400
Bench 350
Dead 400+
OHP body weight again (currently 201 because of holidays) but I should drop a few lbs shortly.
Another goal this year is scripted test.

Forgot to mention, broke my GHR on Monday. So if anyone has a spare or is a welder...
