I'll be logging here again. Bully yoga was phenomenal! I'm looking to put on some size this winter then I'll be back at b.y. Been deloading and playing last couple wks. Just got back from 4day vacation for best friends wedding. Way too much drinking, bad bad food, and little sleep. Last 2 days stomach in knots, runnin a temp, and sweating like a whore in church. Starting fall with tpp/npp, dbol

First 3 sets were 2 min rest, sets 4 &5 i waited till I was sure I wasn't having heart attack. 5 x 5 was 2 min rest. No stamina at all, i need to address this. I feel more beat up than a 15 x 2 b.y. day!

no pain makes every session that much better...hopefully it stays that way 5...your numbers climb well, as they should, whenever you stay injury free..
