A little about me.

Im 40 years old 6'2" 220#. I hover around 9-11% bf

Altho sometimes thats tough. Lol. Because like all of you im sure i love food.

Been lifting since 15 years old. Played college baseball and football. Had to stop due to injury (hurt my back)

Anyway thanks for having me and im sure ill be in and out.
