Christ brother, you're soaring in here!!!

Thanks 5...really working on tweaking form, and luckily for me, have not dealt with an injury for a while now...bicep pain has really been kept under control, and I can thank Banded high rep Hammer Curls for that...do them every day, up to 100 reps a day sometimes, and since then have not been crippled by the tendinitis...

Today was just a kinda of "wing it" day...I am extremely busy over the next few days preparing for a wedding I'm going to on Saturday which will prevent me from doing my usual OH and F. Squat work...so decided to take my back squat and front squat to triples + an AMRAP 90lbs Dip set in place of bench...btw I was watching the Blade movies over the weekend, so obviously the choice of music picked itself....

Thanks BI....it is days like yesterday when I wish I had a legit dedicated partner in crime inside the weight room...at the same time, days like yesterday still feel great knowing I can still muster through...recently a few open 8x4 bids have been posted at my job, making me rethink remaining on 12x8....

Saturday was just one of those days where everything felt 100x heavier...body's pretty beat up, shitty sleep, shitty eating...had sharp pains in my wrist and forearm that prevented me from using the front rack position...I hate crossed arms Front Squats now...thinking hard about another deload next week...R.I.P. to the local Firefighters who passed tragically on this day as well...

Planned on a DL 3x5 with 435, but took advantage of good sleep for once and went load drop style...left pec feels crazy tight and somewhat sore...will mash the hell out of it, hopefully speed up recovery...

Consistently impressive Yomo! The numbers dont lie, you're continually progressing. Great efforts man. Bump for the 5 finger, can't wait to see them in couple months.
