Ok so I want to try the bulk egg whites, but Im not sure where to start. Anyone have any experience with them, or use them all the time. Which is the best brand? Im in California near the desert, so how do they ship this if it needs to stay cold?

Any good reasons to try this or skip it cause its a fad.

I go though about 6 regular eggs a day, wanted to try 4 of the eggs whites mixed with 2 regular eggs.

What you guys think.

I looked into it but when I priced them out it was still cheaper to just go to wal-mart and get the cartons. I usually just buy 6 at a time.

Thats what I have settled on is, just buying eggs from Walmart or other store, they are way too expensive for the amount of eggs I go though.... Maybe I should just get some chickens... 15 chickens should give me 12 to 15 eggs a day, just enough. lol...

Generic egg beater brands from Sams and Costco seem to be the cheapest and most convenient I have been able to find.

The yolk is the best part. That's the little chicken...

Yeah, sure, but trying to eat 10-12 whole eggs a day would not be "best". Some of us 1-3 whole eggs per day, then supp the rest with egg whites.

In 10 whole eggs, that's 60g fat, 80g protein and 900 calories. Hard to fit that in to your macros unless you want to eat like a lunk

I have a hard time getting my fat in my diet, because it all veggies and tuna, pork or chicken. So that s an added benifit, and the calories work for me too, being at work 12 hrs a day, its hard to bet the calories in. Protein we all need that shit...

Have you tried the dehydrated powdered egg whites?

They seemed a little costly too when I checked a while back. I have not looked at their price in a long time.

Anybody have any experience with them?
