Promised I'd post something other than squats...less than 6 weeks out now or something. Who knows.


Deadlifts felt great...what were supposed to be heavier singles ended up being speed singles, so. Hopefully I can pull 425ish out of my ass at the meet and put up a great total at 148.

All my other singles leading up to this are in here too.

386 ripped so I wanted to push it a bit. BW is 154 today so small cut to class and a little over a month away. :)))
