Weighed in at 214lbs tonight, can't believe I'm losing weight. Will have to increase calories soon.

Bike to and from the gym.

Worked up to 305 on bench and did 14x2. Got a little too close to the rack and banged the bar a few times.

Also back in the gym right now with my fiancee, I'm doing a few stretches in between trying to get this workout logged. Besides meals I've literally not sat down for even five minutes today since I got up at 5:45am.

Nice paused squats, those are really progressing PA

Thank you, I've got a lot of room for improvement on squats compared to bench and deadlift. I'm feeling good about this program so far.

Hips felt a little tight at first on squats. Block pulls I seem to be weaker than just pulling from the floor, I got my three sets at least and the upper back pain is getting less and less. I will be increasing my calories by 500 each day from now on since I'm losing weight with my current intake.

Also did my normal thirty minute bike ride yesterday. Hit just over 3300 calories.

Strong session...squats looked easy...how do you like those knee sleeves?

Thanks. They're the Slingshot Strong series. I like them. I didn't get them tight because I didn't want a hassle getting them on and off, so they don't add much, if anything. They seem to help with keeping my knees feeling good and that's the main thing for me.

yea....that's why I asked...I've heard good things about them, compared to the shitty SlingShot ones...my Titans are shredded...just for warmth now...but will be in the market for a new pair soon...

I heard the original Slingshot ones fall apart at the seams. I've had these since around February using them regularly and they're not falling apart a bit. A bit expensive, but any of the high-end ones are.

Elbow was hurting too bad, so switched to triceps push downs

Preacher bench hammer curls

Adductors and abductors with a band, 3x20 each

Did a couple stretches with bands at the end, too.
