I read paused squats with 415 and made the scrunchy face. Good shit!

That's some beastly paused squats.... 8 sets or 4 at 415. Damn....

Yeah my squat has been all over the place. Recently looking at my staying tight in my upper back. Using the Texas power bar and having my hands out to the collars feels great. My dumb ass didn't think the iron wolf bar we have is 5 inches wider and just that little amount threw me off. One not on the volume... Had a bar mark across my back until Sunday :)

I bet. I don't know how you guys can have your arms so far out on the squat bar. I literally wedge myself in and under the bar because I try to get my hands as close to my shoulders as possible.

Honestly that's how I used to squat. Used the Texas power bar tonight and had my hands all the way out. This felt like I was still tight and good in my upper back. I used to be forced to pinch in because I squated at a comercial gym with a shifty rack. The Texas bar is shorter than the iron wolf so I think I'm just to far out and getting loose and bent over when I put my hands all the way out on the iron wolf colars.
