yeah, this set here was definitely my bitch. The rest were a little less so.

Please come to Boston in October.
I got enough travel points to book a wing of rooms of us neanderthals and lifting in your presence would be bananas.

At the rate you are progressing, I'm thinking your bitch will be a 400+ Amazon before the year is out.
Thanks Al, there's a part of me that would love to throw on some sleeves/wraps for a couple of training cycles and see if 400 is in my wheel house...but I think I'll hold of on that until after my next APF raw meet at the end of the year.

That squat was perfect. You can really see the upper back development at work keeping your chest up.
Thanks PoB. It's still inconsistent at the higher weight, but it's getting better and manifests more often in that 80% or lower weight range. I definitely feel like bringing my grip in has made it easier for me to think chest out (even if it means my elbows are a little less under the bar than before). Plus, I'm also squatting in chucks which I think is better suited for squatting my squatting with no knee support.

It'll be a challenge. I'm lifting and/or coaching some friends at a local APF meet in October 7/8, and I work a few of the Saturdays at the Michigan football games (10/1 and 10/22). But if I can, I would very much like to come out. Having a team or a bunch of handler/coaches/supporters there definitely makes lifting more awesome. If you find out if your meet is livestreaming, let us know!

DEADLIFT.
...385x2 x15 sets (vid of sets 1, 10, and 14).
..Bully Yoga PR.
..85% of my 1RM.
PIN PRESS.
...207x5 x4 sets.
COOL-DOWN.
...Back Extensions, Bird Dog, Hammy/Knee/TFL Rolling

I kept my rests in 3-5 minute range during deadlifts. My grip was giving out on last couple of sets, but other than that, the weight moved pretty well.

And after Pin Presses, I was really feeling tight, so I eschewed my third exercise to spend more time stretching, rolling, and signing autographs for bringing the monster deadlifts to the gym.
